Evara Health at Highpoint is one of the medical clinics & centers listed in Clearwater, Florida. The business is registered at 14100 58th St N, Clearwater, FL 33760; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
In Clearwater, urgent care centers are busiest on weekends and evenings when doctors' offices are closed, and most post their wait times online. Across Florida, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Check the listing for insurance, hours and whether telehealth visits are offered.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 7 amβ8 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (727) 824-8181. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is evarahealth.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating stands at 3.1 out of 5 from 180 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Clearwater is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Clearwater follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Getting my daughter established as a new patient was a nightmare from the beginning. There were major communication barriers with the answering service, information was entered incorrectly, and it took approximately 1.5 hours to coordinate everything with her insurance. We were required to list a physician from this office on her insurance card, only to find out at the appointment that this physician was not there and could apparently be unavailable for weeks at a time. My daughter has Level 3 autism, is nonverbal, and requires medically necessary ABA therapy. We needed a simple continuation-of-care form signed by the appropriate physician by Monday afternoon to prevent her ABA services from being interrupted. I repeatedly explained this deadline and the consequences to the staff and office manager. Instead of focusing on resolving it, the office manager argued with me about who could sign the form. When I explained that the ABA clinic had specific insurance requirements, she responded, βI know how it works. I actually used to work there.β Minutes later, she sarcastically asked, βSo is Amanda still handling all of this?β When I told her, βNo, itβs actually Shannon,β that argument

I am extremely frustrated with the complete lack of customer service I have experienced while simply trying to make a dental appointment. Today, I spent 30 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer. When a representative from the call center finally picked up, I provided all of my information and was then placed on hold for another 10 minutes, only to be told that someone would call me back within 48 to 72 hours to schedule an appointment. This is now the third week in a row that I have gone through this same process. If your call center representatives are unable to schedule appointments, then what exactly is the purpose of having a customer service line? Why are patients being kept on hold for 30β40 minutes just to be told that someone might call them back several days later? What is even more unacceptable is that I was told that if I want to make an appointment, I can drive to the dental office and schedule it in person. That is absolutely ridiculous. I should not have to drive 25 minutes each way, take time away from my job, waste gas, and spend nearly an hour traveling simply to make an appointment that should take a few minutes over the phone. This is a dental o

First off, I'm in healthcare myself and currently in school to get my doctorate. When visiting or calling a healthcare provider, you should never have to deal with someone with an attitude. Part of being in healthcare is being compassionate, understanding, and do your best to help a patient. I call Evara Health during business hours, for a lady that said her name was "AM", she answers the phone with an attitude, and says to call back during business hours. Then tells me and my wife , they are not open and she can't help. She started getting more mad and being a smarty pants (very unprofessional) telling us to call back at a later time that they was now closed.. anyways, she shouldn't have a job there and I HIGHLY recommend Evara health looking into this. Im sure I'm not the only one who has felt this with her. She then hangs up on us, I call back immediately, wait in the call cue, then someone answers and actually helps me with no issues. Evara health is overall a decent place, but y'all are only as strong as your weakest link which is who's answering the phones for you. Do better ..

This is a great place to go to from the physicians to the pharmacy all the way to the referrals and authorizations department I have had compassionate Care with all the employees here I want to give a big shout out to Felana in the authorization's department I've had some severe medical conditions and she got my authorizations within 24 hours for all three specialties that I needed to see. Felana understood the severity of my condition and worked tirelessly in communicating with the providers that I needed to see along with the insurance company. I also want to give a shout out to Dr Chanel Lear for her hard work and dedication throughout the whole process of my medical conditions she is caring compassionate and thorough with her job thanks EVARA HEALTH for everything you do CRYSTAL J
